I will say, compared to other events like SNL, VMAs, and her tours… her Grammys performances have been on the less interesting side since BTW (although I LOVED the shallow performance). So I'm just hoping for something exciting

I guess, but we all have to do things we don't want to do at our jobs. It's tradition that the previous winner announces the new one. It's a nice way to send off your reign imo and you can act fake for a minute. It's just ridiculous imo.
