The downgrade from The Fame perfume to every other non-music/film product she's tried to sell after that… I know the kind of creative involvement and marketing campaign that The Fame got wouldn't be sustainable for everything she put out but she went all in.

A lot of her fans may not use it, but Haus Labs is a world-class makeup brand now and has respect from the industry.

I think most of her promo for Haus Labs was corny, but maybe it was because it's so tied to the Enigma-Chromatica era.

I think during Chromatica it was, but then the more simple promotion once it went to Sephora was classy and nice.
