this post basically sums up what's so off putting about her these days, like she can't even post for the 10th anniversary of her most monumental work without shoehorning in promotion of a brand nobody wants

couldn't even add a lemonade song or mention the album at all but makes sure to feature whiskey or shampoo front and center, very kardashianesque

Formation MV and Don't Hurt Yourself at the VMAs. I didn't enjoy much else of the era. I didn't like the visual album when it dropped, I didn't like the narrative focusing on who Jay Z cheated with, I hated Sorry and Hold Up so those songs getting attention tired me.

In terms of songs, I will always remember listening to Don't Hurt Yourself, Daddy Lessons and Freedom for the first time. Timeless classics at first listen, completely gagged.

Lemonade is not my fave project from her so in the span of a few weeks I found myself returning to self titled and 4 more than I did to Lemonade except a few songs. I almost never listen to the album back to back neither.

I'm glad she posted something for Lemonade's 10 year anniversary.

I can't remember the exact dates but wasn't Lemonade announced fairly close to the Premiere?

I don't think it's impossible to release on 29th May but it's getting into surprise drop territory at this stage. Which won't happen as everyone is expecting it…
