The only bad songs on B'Day are found on the deluxe. And some of Beyoncé's highest highs are found on the standard edition. Can you say the same for the albums you put above it?

B'Day her worst? B'Day not a full body of work?

Are we talking about the deluxe version where new songs were added? Because the original is incredibly cohesive, concise, and tells a clear, narrative story from love to love-lost.

What is the worst song on B'Day's standard version, anyway? Resentment because it sticks out? And yet it still is an amazing track.

imo she didn't make an album as good until BEYONCÉ, seven years later.

But that song isn't on the actual album, it's on the deluxe.

I think we should be using the standard versions of the album only.

It's like faulting BEYONCÉ for having Ring Off on it. But no one uses the re-release in their estimation of it, I don't think. I don't know why people do this for B'Day, perhaps because Beautiful Liar was such a hit and is more memorable than 7/11, giving the re-release more prominence.
