OT: The only right answer is Demi Lovato. Similar career trajectories as well.

So many. She inspired Koda Kumi big time during her commercial breakout: she cited Xtina as her favourite western artist during the early years of her career. So if she had a extremely successful Japanese "daughter", I'd argue her impact is undeniable.

Honestly Britney and Xtina mothered a lot of pop girls together.

Demi was my first thought too. She has a big voice but lacks control and her artistic vision has been inconsistent.

 

RAYE has mentioned Christina as an influence and there is a touch of Back To Basics in Where Is My Husband? for sure.

Demi and Miley. Gaga is Madonna and Barbra's daughter. Sabrina is Ariana and Dolly's daughter. Demi and Miley both like to try different genres and concepts with their albums and both have powerful strong vocals.
