I promised myself to travel at least 3 times a year and i did that since i was 21 and traveled for the first time. Im turning 28 this month. Ive been to 17 countries so far.    Next month im

Not as much as I'd like. I've been to Europe once and squeezed Copenhagen to Brussels and everything in between over a week. I've also been to Mexico once (via cruise) and Canada a few times. I've been all over the US tho. It's easy to feel local there here despite all the traveling I do. Like NYC to LA is basically Paris to Beirut without any of the international crossover.

I only do once a year. I definitely could do more, but I like to take my time in each country I visit.

Just came back from Brazil two months ago and am thinking of visiting SK next June

Europeans crack me up talking about "international travel" when it's like a 1-3 hour flight tops :rip: Not saying it's not travel it's just hard to grasp when that's just an average trip to one relatively close state in the US :rip: Just driving from one place to another can take like 2.5 hours which when I explained that to someone I met in Valencia they said they couldn't imagine doing that. But long distance driving is just so normal, it's not considered a trip. Drove to Canada for a day trip once lol.

Anyway this year I've traveled internationally twice (Mexico again and Europe again) but visited five different European countries in two weeks. Last year I traveled to Europe for two weeks and went to three countries. I try to plan a 2-3 week trip every year. I want my next big trip to either be Asia (Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Hong Kong, Japan) or Australia. Can't decide if I wanna go solo or go with friends again. Brazil is another bucket list place that I've heard nothing but good things about, and everyone tells me I'd have a great time. My goal is visit every continent at some point.

I'm lucky my job has great paid-time off flexibility and vacation time accruement.

once every two-ish years. i like to be gone for a month or two so i need time to save up. ive been to about 22 countries.

haven't since 2014 :gaycat6:  too broke and covid made it harder to travel but I still want to visit Japan and Korea one day

Its so hard when Australia is far away from like everywhere. Its why nobody comes here even for tours :rip:

Schengen area is domestic travel I believe? Could be wrong but they never stamp your passport once you are inside Europe.

I haven't been to South America or Oceania yet I am jealous!

They are both beautifulllll! I went to the Chilean desert and the nature of NZ and Fiji was stunning

Only did the big cities in Australia but they were so much fun, would definitely recommend

2011 - Fiji

2016 - Italy

2019 - USA

2023 - Europe

2024 - Canada

2025 - NZ and Hawaii

2026 - Europe again

Like 4-5 times a year, but if you exclude neighboring countries (within a 4 hour flight) only once in a good year.

Never been outside of my country Colombia also known as Shakira's Royal Kingdom/Encanto!

1. Dont have the money for it yet. Im middle-upper class for my country standards but my family is very greedy when it comes to money
2. Im terrified of airplanes. I know is the dumbest thing cause theyre safer than cars but i still find them scary. We should have a system to stop planes from falling or parachutes with nanomaterial or some sort of emergency ai system or something.  Im willing to travel in big modern airplanes and some places i really really love. if im doin the sacrifice it has to be worthy. I dont see myself traveling from city to city in my country in all those oldy rusty small planes.  I always take buses when im traveling from region to region. Im a bit like benny blanco in that sense. He's also afraid of traveling by plane.
I wish we were able to travel in those cruise ships

My travel plan list one day if i get a rich-wealthy-billionarie- or if i get a loaded sugah daddy :ryan3::

  • Vancouver / Montreal🌲

  • Mexico🌮🌯🌶️🥑 (My whole life I've been in love with Mexican culture and I dream of visiting so many places there and i been offered, but two of my family members were there one was bribed by the cops in Cancun and my brother's wife was doing an educational exchange when a drug lord tried to kill her; she had to buy an airplane ticket real fast and escape. It happened some months ago. I don't like the way AMLO and Sheinbaum are managing things there. Theyre puppets :sorry: I'm just broken because they're the dads of Latinoamérica. We owe so much to them...but yes my place from LAT).

  • Costa Rica (Have family there. Would love to visit the natural places-forests) / Panama / Bahamas / Jamaica🐠

  • Colombia (My Colombia has so many amazing places i havent visited yet. but some places are getting too dangerous and our current and last presidents ruined everything. From a stable country in the 2010s to a house on fire now).💃

  • Peru / Brazil / Chile / Uruguay-Paraguay / Argentina🍷🦙🍍 Venezuela🌅 (Its a gorgeous place with a disgustin goverment)

  • Spain (I live for Spanish culture. Would love to live there some time-educationale exchange and have my Cheetah Girls 2 adventure — tortilla de patatas en el Mercadona)🐂

  • UK or Ireland (Countryside looks beautiful, love the medieval influence too, and curious how different it is from the USA)🏰
🍰 France (The French Riviera) / Luxembourg / Belgium hmm chocolate

  • Italy (Would love to visit so many sites there and own a house in the coastal places) / Greece (Iconic)🍕🏞️🍤

  • Netherlands, Sweden (I feel a deep connection to these countries — fashion, singers, culture, men lmfao. Would love to see the aurora borealis and Zara larsson midnight sun).🌷❄️

  • Germany (My fave country in Europe. Would love to live there for some time. I find it a very lush country) / Austria–Switzerland (Gorgeous landscapes)🏔️
    Czech republic (Hot men) :eli:

  • The Balkans (Some of those countries look really beautiful — dreamy and gothic — but I'm scared of their proximity to Russia)🐐

  • Egypt (The land of my ancestors. I have roots from there)🐫🐪🕌

  • Turkey (Land of my ancestors too. I have roots from there too)🍢

  • Palestine–Israel–Jordan–Lebanon (I would love to visit before the war — the lands of Jesus Christ — but not anymore. I think the place is haunted now with all the killings and i was also unaware also before of all the situations-turmoil there. My eyes are open now).

  • Dubai (I love the city and how futuristic it looks but I would be scared of the government) / Morocco🦅

  • Nigeria / Madagascar (Zoboomafoo) / Botswana / Namibia🐘🦒🦓

  • Japan (Dreamy location. I would love to have a house there. I like so, so many things from Japan — the land of the Goddess Ayumi Hamasaki and Pokémon)🏯⛩️🎎🎏

  • South Korea (I find the place very sophisticated but I would be scared of their proximity to North Korea)🏛️🎶🎭🎤

  • India (Only the urban places without the tigers. I think the people from there are sweet)🛕/ Buthan (Mystical)

  • China (It looks so diverse and modern and so historical, but I would be scared of the oppressive government) 🍜🥟🥠🍚🐉🐼

  • Philippines (People there are so sweet and the place is very similar to Latinoamérica)🏝️🏖️ thailand (looks interesting)

  • Australia (I love the red sandy lands but i would be scared of the bugs and animals)🦘🏜️

  • New Zealand (I would own a house there. Looks pretty and far away from society collapse)🐄
Those islands that influenced moana. Polynesia. So relaxing

That so crazy to me. The way they travel to so many countries in such a short time. Europe is really petit lmfao
Here in my southamerican country sometimes to reach a new neighboor-state region. It takes 6 or 8-10 hours.
The america's are definitely so so big.
and to reach my neighboor countries like ecuador it takes 26 hours in a car trip
To reach my neighboor peru land of the incas it would take me 5-6 days by bus-car trip

Yeah a car ride from the top of just California to the bottom is over 24 hours of driving and that's if you make zero stops  :deadbanana4:

I'd travel South America more if I didn't have to rely so much on planes. Same with Mexico.

We all should have fast speed trains connecting the world. Everything would be so good :gaycat2:  maybe in the next decades with the tech advancements*
When it comes to transportation asia and europe really takes the lead
Im so jealous of the japanese and chinese with those high speed trains and futuristic things
My least favorite thing about USA is definitely the car culture and how far apart is everything :giraffe: and the fact of how public transportation is not reliable in some cities too.

Here in my country i have stores and pharmacies and business are mixed with residential zones.  Just some blocks away and u get everything u want.
In States everything is too far apart :emofish: the neighboorhoods look really beautiful with the connection to the nature-forests but sometimes it looks too isolated from civilization.....

I want a train connecting Southamerica-Centroamerica-Northamerica :gayorkcat2:
lemme visit you in the states sis. I have some gifts. Te llevo jugito de guanabana  y bocadillo con queso :gaycat:
