Her second best song, very underrated. I prefer the Kanye remix

Both versions are great. I wish there was a music video version on Spotify that combined both of them.

ET is pop perfection and yet somehow, ET is one of my lesser favorites off the album. A testament to the quality! 

it made me obsessed with aliens  my favorite Katy song till 2013 when Dark Horse came out! now looking back I prefer Teenage Dream over it but it's still amazing and it deserves its own moment and resurgance

One of her best, it deserves better than any TD single other than TOTGA and maybe Cali Gurls, yet it's the most forgotten one

The brilliance of the best pop music is in its plausibly deniable unoriginality. The drums are lifted from We Will Rock You yet I'd never think E.T sounds like another song. It manages to sound like the future despite the whole song being one big trope. Sometimes gimmicks become the real thing.

Solo, it's her best song by far. Deserves diamond

so futuristic, such infectious melodies, so innovative too

her vocals are also so dynamic throughout the song I love it

never heard the feature, barf. isn't the song about rape? inject with your poison etc

 

anyway, love the beat, after the title track, it's my fave song.

I love alien songs  this one goes straight to the point. Not overly xperimental. Can see why it worked in the charts
my only issue is.......... i been replaying this to death so it doesnt hit the same. I really need to look for new mixes.remixes of this song
One thing i find weird about the video is how some shoots look so expensive and some of them a bit cheap
