Copacabana changed how I view Gaga

Growing up, I've always consumed Gaga's songs. She was never my number #1 fav but as a gay kid from the late 90s, I def felt seem and understood by her on a level that made me always interested into following her career so since I live in Brazil, attending Gagacabana was a MUST. I didn't want to deal with the FOMO. And you know what? I wouldn't call myself a little monster because there were definitely points where stan wars have gotten the best of me and made me act petty towards her (I was definitely present on social media during a few of her hate trains laughing about it) but after this last weekend, I'm definitely one now. Truly a life changing concert. The sense of community was beyond anything I can possibly try to describe. I just felt so connected to her art, craft and showmanship in a way I never did before and now I truly realize talents like her should NEVER be taken for granted. It was the best concert of my life and I'm so happy that both her and her fan base are getting to experience this moment together. Monsters, you guys can be annoying at times but y'all EARNED the right to be unsufferable this time around. Truly a monumental year for her career and I wish everyone could experience what I did last saturday.

So, again, THANK YOU SO MUCH. THANK YOU 🥹

Gaga is truly one of the best when she's on stage, thanks for sharing your experience, thar was certainly the experience of a lifetime

I love this take. The joy and love we share for our favs is never wrong and it's cool when you can experience that joy and love through other lenses. Im a Bey fan thru and thru, but I had TIIIME at the Chromatica Ball.

This is so real. The aura behind this show was so powerful and positive. Even in the days before the actual event, there was already that celebratory vibe around the city.

Love your post. Now you stan a talented and kind living legend

I agree. See legendary artists who give you a whole show before it's too late! Beyoncé for example
