Too bad she cant release DBM (TV) with a MV alongside it yet

1989 was truly a chorus album... EXCEPT for Out Of The Grammys where the bridge is the best moment of the song, one of the two best moments on the album, and one of the five best moments of her pop career 

 

It's honestly tragic that this flopped as a single, I fear Taylor won't ever release a pop masterpiece like this to radio again

I really hope folklore can be one of her most successful albums

the chorus is one-note and the verses are boring. The bridge is the only redeemable part of the song

OOTW is definitely overrated. The bridge is epic but the chorus isn't even better than WTNY's tbh

WTNY’s message is better than any second of OOTW

The bridge isn't even the best part of OOTW actually. it's when the bridge transitions to the final chorus, it slows down for a moment then the production goes all out with all the layered vocals and ad-libs. the anxiety and anguish just hits  The Antonoff blueprint

Do we think DBM's slayage might force her to give it a music video? Because when she said she'd do that for songs fans begged to be released as singles, she was obviously talking about GC. I always wanted a GC MV because the lyrics paint a great story but DBM is a much better song so idk

Her first 5 albums are all above 10 million in CSPC if you're referring to that thread. rep will get there with ease once the TV is released (it's over 9 million) and in a few years Lover will get there too given its longevity (it's closing in on 8 million, could have potentially already passed it). folklore could some years from now but it's definitely hindered by the fact it only got one legitimate single release (it's probably over 6 million by now).
