Such a waste to not make this a single the highlight of Rated R imo

Totally agreed, I think the album aged perfectly.  Many at the time overlooked it because it didn't have enough "hits".  She was still smart to include Rude Boy in it.   Still one of my fave albums, Rated R & Anti have depth that most of her albums lack.   They both weren't albums made for huge hits but substance.

This, Kiss It Better and Love Without Tragedy/Mother Mary are my all time favourite Rihanna songs.

I actually think this could've been a huge hit with the right MV and would've gone down as a classic. It's aged really will and you can just hear the pain in her voice.

Same here omg  Rated R and The Fame Monster were on repeat non stop during Fall 2009 - Summer 2010. Cold Case Love is another favorite from Rated R. I know she doesn't write most of her lyrics but considering what happened that year (I don't need to mention) and how heartbroken she was recording that song, it feels like one of her most personal songs.
