I had Say So on replay for months, and I rarely use Espresso, even if I've become a huge Sabrina fan and I don't listen to Doja particularly.

the way I am immediately transported back to lockdown the moment say so starts playing  

Say So by default seeing as without it there wouldn't be an Espresso

Say So has many sons and daughters 

I think Espresso has the better music video, but Say So is the better song.

There wouldn't be an Espresso as we know it if there was not a Say So.

expresso has better replay value to me, I found I got tired of SS quicker.

say so was truly out of nowhere and unexpected and an organic absolute smash.

 

espresso (in my opinion) is the definition of a manufactured, planned, systematic hit. 

Say So is one of my least favorite Doja songs but ironically one of my favorite (well my only fav besides Bed Chem, which I thought was Ariana) song by Sabrina Carpenter.

 

I do like the Say So music video better. It's more "fun".

i find them both very bland, but espresso at least brings out sabrina's personality with some of the sillier lyrics and delivery while say so totally mutes doja's.

Espresso improved on the Say So formula. Even Doja improved on it herself with Kiss Me More. I don't really use either music video tbh
