I Really Miss Fergie

Featured Replies

So, Nelly Furtado and Gwen Stefani dropped albums recently, and even if they weren't anything groundbreaking according to the critics, it's just nice to have them back  I really hope they don't retire and keep putting out music and experimenting, even if the albums don't do well and they have to release in their own label-indie labels.
If they keep releasing sooner or later they will catch lightning

But Fergie's been completely Missin In Action, and I miss her so much.
Anyone else feel the same?
I'd love one last album from her.
She's an icon of the Late Mcbling era and the Electropop one—sexy, quirky-fun, and her rap-pop style was so unique. (She was our Pre-Kesha)
People might criticize her talent, but she had that undeniable star quality.

Are u here for a new album-final album of fergie?
Someone here knows what's she' up to? :gaycat4:
Has she ever mentioned wanting to come back to music?
What are your thoughts about her? as an artist?
Her first album is one of the most successful albums ever for a female artist in the USA
With 5 top 10 hits in the Hot 100

Shame she waited so long for a second album, it just doesn't hit the same for me.

Idk. Her style was a little bit over the top. I heard Big Girls Don't Cry on the radio earlier this week, and it aged horribly. It feels more plastic than Katy Perry's wannabe style.

Always adored Fergie. She's got an incredible voice, tries different type of sounds, 10/10 gorgeous, fun, charismatic and was able to overcome serious hardships in her life and not lose her spirit.

I heard she owns a vineyard as passive income apparently.

I don't think Fergie will ever come back to music after what went down with Double Dutchess behind the scenes.

If she ever did a new album I'd love for more stuff like this:

No one but Fergie could pull off a track like this.

I mean ya'll let her flop abysmally the last time after wishing for her to comeback.

I'm afraid it's truly over for The Duchess.

I'll never understand how people question this woman's talent. Especially looking at the charts and what the GP consumes lately. Fergie devours all these girlies (and bois) in raw talent.

Ugh I miss her too. Double Dutchess was such a perfect album but I don't think she'll ever come back after the sheer hell she went through in that era with release issues, charts and public mocking :deadbanana2:

The Dutchess was the original "Teenage Dream" in terms of success- imagine being in one of the biggest groups of the 2000s and smashing solo?!

She came out SWINGING right after BEP's "Monkey Business" ended and had 2006-2008 on lock with bop after bop after bop

That era was amazing

and I miss red head version of Fergie aka Carmit from the PCD :'( life is cruel

fergie has a far better chance of a making a splash if she did return to music, more than nelly or gwen tbh, its obvious she's not that interested though.

Her second album could have been so much bigger had it come out after LA Love.

Fergie was at her lowest... fat, nasty and broke. Career in shambles. She came on this ***** mad as hell!!! :jonny5:

I feel like we would've had a better chance at Fergie coming back if nothing else had happened after Double Dutchess, but that coupled with the National Anthem disaster pretty much sealed the deal :skull: I highly doubt she'll ever release new music again.

The national anthem debacle destroyed her. She literally hasnt been seen since.
