I actually think this is a very cute song. We've been known that the HYBE vocal production sucks but could someone tell me why his vocals are serving Selena Gomez? Yeah you could say they both can't sing but I just watched his Jimmy Fallon performance and while yeah he's a very limited vocalist he doesn't sound like he's singing autononed underwater like the studio version.

It's simple. They promised her an album + full solo promotions. Plus sometimes it's better to stick with an evil you are familiar with rather than an evil you're not.

 

We'll see later this year whether she made the right choice.

Hmm HYBE definitely needs to get their **** together with vocal processing, I've had an issue with it since like 2020. I use apple music and his vocals sounds much crisper there in dolby atmos vs. the spotify/youtube versions imo.
