It seems like thanks to having a global hit associated to the brand, a lot of investment money came in (on top of the investment money from AEG that started the delusions), and that money went into finding high quality girls and giving them high quality material.  And as any nugu spotter will tell you, just that will get you misery.

 

To clarify things, Fifty Fifty 2.0 hasn't been a complete nothingburger in Korea.  But doubtful the investors 2.0 would be trilled with just that.

Aren't you the one constantly complaining and being pressed about NewJeans and their quote on quote "TikTok music"? So you do actually believe that they have good music?

They were not as successful as the other 2 but they were head to head with SM and YGLY when it comes to qualitea

The sounds might be good but one thing about ITZY and Twice by default is the lyrics, every single era they suffered from mini scandal with JYP lyricism. Just like STAYC is suffering right now, B.E.P keeps getting panned lyrics after panned lyrics, that feel very outdated.
