One of the reason they got dropped and S2 also accepted it, is they receive death threats. After last year when RAIN received a Black Ocean and after leaving stage he had to reinforced his security because of group of fans wanted to JUMP him. They are not trying this this year.

We need to address the Britney plagiarism claims, actually. Britney very famously fought with her label, JIVE, because she wanted to give Blackout out for free. JIVE then went against Britney's wishes by charging for Blackout and they even sold sample packs of Britney's music. IU bought the sample pack legally, which also means she didn't need to "credit" the team of "Gimme More" because she already paid for it. 
 

IU did everything right and didn't deserve any criticism.

So KG said specifically that JYP was having people follow her physically and online. My guess is that YG were trying to blackmail her brother with some form of private information and it caused him to potentially take his own life.

 

I'm incredibly disappointed in them as a company. They showed so much growth giving Jeongyeon a break from TWICE due to her anxiety, but there's no excuse for bullying a former member that wanted to leave K-pop.
