The main issue I and @smates have is that people make these underhand comments about BTS all the time and then act like ARMYs are the crazy ones for pushing back on it in even the slightest way and ruining the circlejerk

Are we too mature lol should we shade other groups instead of just defending BTS, maybe we do ruin the fun

Most Kpop fandoms are outnumbered by Armys elsewhere. Gays being shady towards them is not going to be the end of the world

Maybe we need to reignite Miss @BTS hatred of Rosé to fuel our shade to other groups

I genuinely think this is the problem tho, they are frustrated with armys on other platforms so the moment we reply here they attack us  

 

We don't reply because ktrl is going to end bts, we are not offended, we just hit quote like everyone else. I personally did not insult one group here in the past 5 years  They act like I'm a twitter army terrorizing every other fandom here agsgsgaga

Wonder if a BTS and BP comeback will reignite and change the downward trajectory of people interests towards K-pop cause if we're going to look base on stats. It's not looking good for our faves

I've just look at most Asian charts outside Japan like literally zero K-pop acts and songs. I wouldn't count Like Jennie as a K-pop song tho  

BTS is proof that quality ≠ popularity cause their music has been bad for years and yet they’re still the biggest group in the world.

I was still fairly new to k-pop when they debuted and I didn’t get it either. I did prefer Pristin V (aka skinny Pristin) just bc I think their concept and smaller group fit better. But I miss them. People being horrible to Kayla started this ridiculous hate train for the group IMO.

To be honest it wasn't a good song.

 

And the fact they won the rookies awards while being outsold by Weki Meki on almost all criteria back in the day. 

 

 

Yes the post IOI group who sold the most album in their debut was Weki Meki.

Loving the concept for the upcoming cb, it ties in very well with Virtual Angel  Hoping it's solely pop/techno/edm music, or an album full of Butterfly Effect esque tracks would be a serve

I mean when the quality declined they still had one of the best discographies.  BTS was a nugu group why you think they're the biggest BG.

me when my ult was Loona in 2019 (bankrupt), aespa in 2022 (shelved) and NewJeans in 2024 (hiatus)

 

 

I kinda won with Loona and aespa in the long run tho, maybe NewJeans can still pull through
