Gold certifications and weak streaming numbers. Even &team debuted with platinum certs. With them coming from an already established brand they should be doing way better than they are in Japan.

Unfortunately, it seems like Teddy lost interest in her after XOXO flopped and her album sales were just okay, not spectacular.

Even when Fast Forward became a hit, the company didn't take enough action.

 

I'm not a fan of Teddy's strategy with THEBLACKLABEL, it's the same "minimal promotion" style YG has been terrorizing us with for years. Even MEOVV is far less active and "out there" than they should be for a new artist.
