Soyeon may have the pen game but she really don't have the hype in Korea. 

 

I see more of Yujin from IVE as a better candidate if she go solo since she's not that far behind Ms Strawberry in terms of gp appeal / endorsements. 

 

I agree about longevity but when most think of 3rd Gen, it's Jennie. She have the gp, the brands, the  music and Karina have the first two secured already
