Baby, there's no denying he's smashing this year. But we have 16 weeks of charts left. He's about to pull just north of 20M when the charts refresh tomorrow and Aespa will be around 50M. Aespa have releases coming in October and November whereas GD doesn't have anything else on the slate for this year. 
 

G-Dragon will end up sweeping most Daesangs because he released an album so early in the year, but this is finally the year where Aespa will be the #1 digital act by a mile.

Relax it was just a bad performance. Flop of the year is such an exaggeration considering the run that they've had and are just getting started. We all know that they can sing and serve. They're human!

Apart from twitter stans nobody is saying their career is over. Koreaboo why are y'all even reading that? We know just like AKP they will take one information extrapol it to death and run with it.

 

All they need is to do better the next performance and not pull a LESSERAFIM where the live was bad and then lipsynced the next performance.

But I'm fearing SM is tone death, they saw the backlash instead of ditching the choreography they either hired dancers or flew out dancers... Like they know the american cameramen and producer will always shows that one member standing on the side.

For a company that often is vocal about mental illness, they sure do have a lots of idols with anxiety.

It's not about what YOU see - there's a whole world outside of your bubble. Calling their music "bad" is purely subjective, not objective, when millions of people worldwide are listening to and loving it. And if you actually knew a bit more about SKZ, you'd know their music is literally created and meant for live performances and big stages 

 

SKZ consistently receive praise for their performances from both critics and general audiences, and I could easily drop multiple clips to prove the point 

 

Also, let's not ignore the fact that they just wrapped a 54-date stadium tour - with 0 clips floating around of them being lazy, out of sync, or underwhelming. And that's while they were simultaneously working on their album. The way they still devoured every stage says it all. Honestly, their work ethic is kinda unmatched

JYPE sucks at marketing, media play, and payola wbk, which is exactly why people feel so comfortable discrediting their groups. In reality, TWICE and SKZ are literally the biggest K-pop acts after BP and BTS globally. JYP Entertainment just doesn't care about chasing headlines, and that's why many people fail to realize this. As long as JYPE knows their groups are successful and pulling in more profit than almost everyone else, they don't really care, which is a horrible marketing strategy.mp3.
