That title belongs to The New Sound 

Emotion had me from first listen. This new one maybe still has to work on me. That's My Floor and some of their other songs are somewhat Carly-esque now that I think of it.

I've always thought Mag Bay's felt like the exact midpoint between Carly and Grimes (in a good way, of course) — they have Carly's keen pop sensibilities and Grimes' penchant for more off-kilter and experimental production choices, and also Mica's voice feels kind of like a hybrid of the two

 

I just feel like Imaginal Disk is a little homogeneous and hookless; Tunnel Vision and Image are cute but the rest just passes me by without leaving any real impression, whereas Mercurial World is all killer, no filler
