I have a Mariah obsession episode right now sorry! but this song always had a special place in my heart. It's really one of her most important songs for me. Mariah's discography is truly unmatched.

What are some Mariah songs you feel like are underrated or overlooked in her catalog?

I'm sorry but imagine being so talented and excellent that a song this great is on your debut album. Self written and self produced at that. No cause actually Mariah catalog is top tier. Id argue she has one of the best catalog for any pop girl in history.

I wish she herself appreciated more bops like Prisoner and Get Your Number.

She always sings the ballads or her #1 hits.

Slipping Away - literally a 100/10 song. So glad she finally released it

Forever

Circles

Stay The Night

For The Record

Up Out My Face (probably one of her most underrated singles)

The Art of Letting Go

Why do people keep mentioning 'Petals' and 'Giving Me Life?'  those two songs are among the most popular/talked about album cuts of their respective albums. They're not overlooked by the lambily at all.
