And the album itself is fantastic, but sadly completely overlooked by the GP  I still bop to CRUSH and TRUTH as hard as I did the day 143 dropped...Oh please let's get some sort of revival... My heart needs to go laaa dada deee again!

It's a bad album. The concept of the album is great. Katy making a start to finish dance record made sense, but the production is old and stale and the lyrics are bad.
 

Even if you remove the obvious elephant in the room of this album campaign, it's just not good. The "good" moments of this album don't even hold a candle to the best moments of Smile or Witness like Teary Eyes, Roulette, Tucked… 
 

Even the good moments (Crush, IHHM, Lifetimes) would be elevated so much with literally just different production and more time in the oven.

Enough. Please. Katy also isn't the only artist to have worked with Luke since Keshas lawsuit so have the same energy for everyone else. 

 

Its not even just the Dr. Luke stuff, those comments Stevie Nicks made are also very telling, and Katy is the last person to raise up and support fellow female artists. Be ******* fr. 

 

I do my best to not support misogynistic people, including women, but I was more just calling out the hypocrisy in this thread that all you love to run and call misogyny because the internet is rightfully calling out your fave, when thats exactly what you and your have fave have been doing, which shows to me none of you really understand what misogyny even means.

This plus it was also labeled as a comeback album. People were expecting something grand because of that and ultimately they were given an underwhelming product. If it had just been another Katy Perry album like Smile was it wouldn't have gotten half the hate it did. 

some ppl just use this trendy hate/mean spirits and label it as cool, and woke even. 

you either like the music or you don't, and if you don't, don't waste your energy posting everywhere, YOU ARE NOT A FUKING PROFESSIONAL CRITIC(at least they make money talking trash). go out and meet your friends and jam to the music you do like. 

99% ppl posting online don't work in the industry, we don't know the truth going on behind the scenes. 

 

 

This is one of the best pop albums of the year and i don't care about what people say, i don't let anything effect my judgement and if i enjoy the music that's good enough for me even if it is critically and commercially panned.

last I heard from them was about how they'd chase the supplier and ship it with no date or anything. they gave me a discount and have been MIA since then.

I was thinking of asking for a refund as well, but I did receive the vinyl, just not the inserts. they came separately if you purchased them from the Katy UK Store.

 

I do have three inserts, but I'm missing the other numbers as they were placed in different orders. 3 came, the others did not.

This is Capitol's fault right? I'm sure their deal with Katy ends with this record and they just didn't wanna bother promoting her and putting any effort in the vinyls.
