"ELLE" is the first part in a trilogy of mini-albums, which represent exaggerated sides of Dagny's unique personality traits and at the same time retain the freedom to explore different sounds.

 

"ELLE" will be out on June 7th.

Excited for this. Bit disappointed at the number of new songs and I think the trilogy thing isn't happening but I'm glad she's getting another project out 

so excited, i love her songs

i doubt it will be a trilogy when this has 8 songs already

I'm excited and I'm not losing hope for the trilogy yet. Wasn't their an article at on point last year that implied that each mini album would have around 8 tracks?

She served with previous record so i'm sure this one will be great. Some of the already released singles are her best songs ever.

I'm actually very surprised about this trilogy thing because it has to be so much music if you think about that... and is it even necessary for her tbh

I know right, specially when this was supposed to come out on October 20th.

 

The rollout for this era has been rough, releasing the lead single back in April 2023... Promoting an arena show... Delaying the first part of the trilogy... Ugh. Should've dropped "ELLE" before the arena concert imo.

 

Hopefully the rollout for the second part of the trilogy will be better.

She hosted a listening party a few hours ago. You just had to pre-save "ELLE" and you'd receive a link for the event.

 

She talked about the meaning behind "ELLE", the trilogy plan, Q&A, some details about the new songs and played the whole project to the fans who were in the meeting. We even got to be part of an early premiere for the mv for  "Hate Being Alone".

 

Pretty fun event and she's really nice and sweet.

Is the next single amazing as Heartbreak In The Making?

She also said that she would begin writing and recording the second instalment after festival circuits are done in the Fall, so don't expect a follow-up until at least next year. It will be 8 tracks.

 

Vinyls are coming but she wants to add songs to it (Brightsider potentially being one of them).
