    I enjoyed this, it's got a very nostalgic feel to it and the faintest of 1970s influences with a modern twist. I'm not sure what it is, whether it's the guitars, the chorus melody etc but I hear the faintest of Abba / Fleetwood Mac influences, especially in vocal delivery.
     

    It doesn't have a strong or irresistible hook like Espresso does though and I imagine a lot of people might think this is a bit of a weak follow up to such a smash.

    Espresso is the better song, but I don't hate this. Jack does it once again :clap3:

     

    some of the lyrics are very Taylor coded. 

    She had he perfect momentum to go with either another Espresso-like bop or something left field but somehow chose this hookless, dated mess.

    I thought this was going to be a disco song based on that preview :deadbanana4: This reminds me a lot of Kacey Musgraves but not as interesting

    Between the lyrics and the video I feel like this is meant to be a buzz single as opposed to anything remotely adjacent to an Espresso type hit.

     

    I don't hate it and I do think it shows versatility in her sound but it's not a bop in my book.
