I highly doubt they'll get a big radio push in the US unless a song begins to take off on streaming.

Most of their songs sound the same. it's getting boring

Why would their label invest in global releases when they can't even get a hit in the UK? 
Plus it seems very clear that their label won't release the album without a hit.
