don't get me wrong, his work on Masseduction was excellent. but it's clear from the early reception of a certain someone's album that he's reached a brick wall. it was time for her to take the reins back.

 

this sound suit her so well

happened to have the radio on as they played it, haven't been feeling the others so far but this goes really hard

The way all songs on this album so far sound sonically perfect. She's 3/3 so far for me. The production quality is just crazy

the instrumental bridge with all the guitars, horns, and orchestra hits 

 

it's kinda giving pretty hate machine-era NIN, prince, björk's "army of me" ... and also just fully unfiltered, unabashed st. vincent. thank GOD she produced this one
