As a couple people have stated, Sabrina spent a good portion of her career on Hollywood Records. Hollywood Records only had SOME luck in the late 2000s and early 2010s thanks to Miley, Demi and Selena

Just entered the top 10 of US AM for the first time, her previous highest entry was Skin which peaked at #13 :jonny5:

the stability of this song is insane :jonny:

I really want it to hit #1 in the states

I know she's still promoting it, and it's going well, but soon the next single will have to be announced (and album obvs), capitalise on the attention while she can

Any word on an album? Girl needs to capitalize on this moment immediately. And this absolutely needs to go #1, it feels like a #1 already.

:kitty:  the easiest way to get this to number 1 will be with an album release...

I think the issue with her live performances for this song is that she has to sing with very airy/breathy vocals while dancing which probably isn't as comfortable for her to sing as say "Sue Me".  Hence she is covering it up with loud backing track just like the SNL performance. Unfortunately that does give the impression that she can't sing live at all. She better address this problem soon because a lot of eyes are on her right now.

Yeah, even Nonsense which is a way more challenging song to sing live she does it well because she doesn't sing it with her airy voice. But I think she will be fine since she dances and moves through all the song and people tend to forgive that to any pop artist. See Olivia and Taylor terrible performances during their career and they don't even dance or move like Sabrina does on this and they get away with it.

The Hot 100 became so competitive and dominant at the worst time possible, this should've already been a #2 or #1 by now :duca:

:coffee2:  Actually Olivia has been punished many times for this and did not get away with it.  Especially for her good4u performances.

this weekend increased from last weekend on spotify. the stability

Yeah Olivia has actually gotten a lot of hate for this, specifically for good4u and Vampire too. It's something some people still hold against her.

Which is why Sabrina needs to figure out what she's doing with these Espresso performances. Obviously a backing track turned up a little louder than normal sounds like a better solution than sounding bad but it's creating an assumption by people that aren't familiar with her that she's always lip syncing and can't sing. Which is crazy. She's setting herself up at a time when she's got more eyes on her than ever and she needs to fix it.

It's unfortunate because part of her rise has been due to people appreciating her performances in the Eras Tour.

If she is going to keep the backing track this loud maybe she she should just start belting? Idk

Another eh performance

I feel like a can hardly hear her. What I hear doesn't sound bad but she's getting drowned out. Why is her mic so low?
