Ok ive listened to the album 5 times.

 

Heres my ranking, overall i give it a 7/10. I needed her bars to be a bit better and she was talking about the same subject too many times.

Right? I don't know if someone already mentioned it, but WYM Freestyle basically goes right into Wet ******, they have the same instrumental. Demons-WYM-Wet V... Whew, a 1-2-3 punch that got wasted.

I finally sat with this album and I'm a bit underwhelmed. I wouldn't call myself a big Doja fan cause I only use like 3-4 songs from Hot Pink and Planet Her but I really loved the Attention/PTTR/Demons punch so I had pretty high expectations. 

 

Agora Hills, Gun, Shutcho, Balut, and Ouchies are the only ones that clicked on first listen. The beats and production are amazing on the entire album but she is saying a bunch of nothing on many of these tracks. No memorable hooks, no strong bars, no punchlines. Some of it is very "im proving myself as a rapper!" but she kinda took herself way too seriously instead of just delivering strong lyricism about different topics and letting it do the work. 

 

Overall, this had so much more potential and it's lowkey a waste of amazing visuals and a great concept but I'd still say it's her strongest effort to me though nn. Hopefully the rest grow on me with more listens.

Girl I like Agora Hills. I'm talking about the rest...

Ok i had more time yesterday and today to really get into the album and i definitely dont like Wet ****** and Outchies....

 

The rest is top notch!

I can definitely see potential for GUN as a single with some push.

 

The second part of the album is definitely the highlight for me, NO skip from 97 to Freestyle, it's so chill and  soothing 

Go Off is also so soft

Oh and i liked "Attention" from the beginning but the way it's so well incorporated to the album, it gave  a nice glow up to this mini gem

I feel like it’s a missed opportunity to not get Missy, Bree Runway, or Doechii on Ouchies.

Imagine the acclaim if she ever makes an album full of Skull And Bones in the future ? 

That song is really amazing.

 

Her delivery in this is one of the best on the album. Also, beautiful lyrics.

It is not my favorite album of her, but it is definitely a good showcase of her versatility

every day there’s a new song in my head. obsessed w the entire album!

can’t help but think that if any other artist released agora hills, the song would’ve ended before the 2:30 min mark

 

if doja supposedly hates her fans then why does she keep feeding us with these long and quality songs
