Its streaming performance hasn't been ideal so far, but they're good enough and radio is still gaining nicely.

 

I think she should ride this one out till it peaks on radio, then start teasing the 2nd single, which hopefully is more of a surefire hit.

Interscope-Gergen is like the same company 

It's definitely not performing as good as it should. Especially as a lead single after a 2 year hiatus. But it's kind of stable so far, I don't think they need to rush release the 2nd single now.

And where she is gonna do that work? People are asking her to promote but WHERE? All the major promo slots artists hit other than some podcast or radio interviews are off air due to the strike. 

It's crazy how high the standards for her are after SOUR  

Just because the song is not a Drivers License or Good 4 U level smash, doesn't mean it's not doing well.

 

For most other artists numbers like that would be considered smashing  

The way Olivia is smart enough to release a song in advance that wont overshadow the entire album like Miley and Harry did but still goes #1. 

 

Shes smart and extremely careful in the way she handles her career. In what capacity is a #1 song on the Hot 100 and Global 200 a underperformance. Y’all act like it’s freefalling -40 spots in the second week bwhahaha
