It was actually smart for Olivia and her team to keep the same aesthetic for her sophomore album. It reminds me of how like Britney and Avril second albums had similar tones to their debuts which allowed them to avoid a slump. 

I think single #2 will come out a week before the album, so 9/1.  Vampire will last the entire summer

I hope she does this tbh. It will only increase the anticipation even more to wait a while. Two months is just long enough of a wait to still make sure people pay attention and don't entirely forget about it. 

 

I hope single #2 also has a petra collins music video. Her work is amazing and totally fits her aesthetic.

well she's been gone for a while 

daunting is definitely a song title from the album. she keeps writing that word in some of her posts and she's also now incorporating it into her radio interviews to describe stuff 

-More mature than SOUR

-more tounge in cheek/playful

-upbeat songs are danceable 

-signature ballads
