I cannot not compare these two albums as they both aim for the same sound. In my opinion, D&D is a masterpiece in comparison to FTB.

Preach hun

I’m not a fan of D&D, but FDB is so bad it makes me appreciate Ava’s album  :rip: It truly misses the mark on anything that pop music is known for - polished instrumentation, catchy melodies, rich vocal production. Just awful

D&D is pop perfection because Ava understood we wanted that slick polished europop sound and it’s splattered all across the album. A geniusé me thinks :clap3:

D&D is actually fantastic and has Ghost and Get Outta My Heart.

The other one has Sex Talk which is the worst song I have ever heard on my 25 years on this earth so Ava wins by default I fear

Feed The Beast sounds like a B-side album. For an album filled with hit producers and songwriters it sounds like she got the scraps. It doesn't help that this is her 'debut' while some of her other projects are far stronger either sonically, lyrically or both.

Ava delivered a solid record, a tad generic but sonically and lyrically fitting and thought out. You see the growth in that aspect in Ava's case

I agree

D&D is a much more cohesive listen whilst Feed The Beast is a bit disjointed/uncomfortable though it has its bops

So Diamonds & Dancefloors wins :bird:

D&D is one of the best pop albums from recent years, it’s up their with Poster Girl by Zara Larsson for me.

The only redeemable quality Feed Dr. Luke’s Pockets had was when it ended. :biblio:
