Night is much better than day time. Cooler temp less traffic quieter pretty stars ect. Yes yes?

Daytime is too full of people to ever be peaceful. Usually it's assholes who demand your time. It's also hot and bright and you run the risk of encountering children.

After sunset you're released from the expectations of the day and are free to be true to yourself. And cities, with all their glittering lights and infrastructure, are easily at their most beautiful after dark.

I think they complement each other but I'm definitely a night owl :giraffe:

Yes but I think very early morning is underrated

This is so true. There's something serene about dawn.

no :cm: 5 AM to 8 AM is the best time of day, I get so much done during those hours

I wish I lived in a time zone and worked remotely for me to be able to be up between like 5pm -> 10am and sleep from that point on. Then I can skip that lunch hour -> late afternoon that just feels like it drags on. I tend to want to nap during the late afternoon anyway.

I prefer night now.

But it's unhealthy to stay all night since I heard cortisol levels increases when you do

I work third shift so I’m always up during the night and for sunrise.  It’s peaceful.

when doing non-work related, night time

like going to the mall, driving, shopping, eating out!

I'm an insomniac, so I will vote for the day lol If I manage to get 6-8 hours of sleep, then I'll vote for night.

I was obsessed with night when I was 25 in a poetic way. Nighttime is when I’m I’m myself.
