IVE are giving us excellent POP BOPS made for the sole purpose of smashing and that's okay. They're not pretending to release experimental avant garde shite. Leave them alone.

this whole award season was lipsynced/backing track was way louder than the mics and it wasn’t any problem until someone did it while sitting down  people are looking for something to put IVE down, that’s it 

 

they sang live numerous times before (they still should’ve picked another members to cover it and do it live, it just blew out of proportion atp)

Also IVE not singing a ballad live whilst sitting is not good lmao and it doesn’t help that their performances in general are lacklustre. LSF did the same but they’ve proven themselves to be performers and actually be able to sing to an extent so I’m not surprised there wasn’t any backlash.

 

IVE’s music however is solid. After Like was pretty basic and is their worst single yet but idk why y’all acting like Eleven and Love Dive don’t HIT.

I think she's trying to give off an unbothered/cool vibe but when you're being outdanced by a main vocal (Wendy) it looks off especially when she's in the centre so much... She's lowkey giving the same energy as Winter.

Imagine if a competent label like HYBE had their hands on IVE whew the way all those members would've gotten PROMO left right and center. Exactly, I’m a Dua stan so I know what a perfectly crafted pop song sounds like and I can tell you IVE possess none

I love all their TT, and been supporting them since Eleven but I’m gonna act what SS is doing right now is fine. Im fine with the music but the management is ass Like IVE hated but let’s be real their whole brand is cheap, even dives agreed. SS is trying to maximize the profit it works for a year or two not for your entire career. SS hasn’t had a top group for a decade and now they can’t try to change the game and keeps doing the same bs.

IVE doesn't have bad music. Uninspired? Yes but they don't sound nugu or anything. I think they're sorta generic but this is the same thread that acts like generic 2nd gen groups like Miss A and 9Muses are the peak of K-POP so it's a bit ironic.

 

I don't get why SM stans are randomly acting like Love Dive is mid/bad when SM has hired the exact team who wrote Love Dive to their songwriting camps recently.

Nobody said Love Dive is bad in the last few pages except for Cain who is not a SM stan. What crack are u on? 

I had a cute Eleven stan moment  actually I don’t mind any of their music but I will not be convinced LD isn’t an ugly song
