Just wanted to say that my biggest take away from lurking was that y'all have awful takes on album sales 💀 Album sales ain't fake but they're inflated af because groups have so many versions and now there's so many store exclusive preorder/fansign photocards available. Nmixx had like 70 from their last album... (Just using them as an example but it's common for groups to have literal dozens nowadays). That's why everyone is selling so much, pc collectors are serious business lol. That's why I'm fully expecting groups to start outselling BTS because they don't do the same tactics, but ppl will start calling them flops when that clearly isn't the case 

BTS has benefitted tons from bulk sales. Even Western artists like Taylor are embracing the manufacture landfill waste to boost 1st week sales strategy now. This is just the way things are for now and comparing one group's fake sales to another is completely fair. Welcome to the gay circus

Yes they'd be scared as the biggest group in China for this gen I-DLE and its not even close. And I-DLE is still far behind BP even tho this year for the moment they have the biggest albums selling china (digitally) despite having no comeback.

Them not coming back is more to preserve them than to harm them.

Their last comeback is their all time success. They got like 5 music show wins in a week, people are welcoming them more than ever. Maybe Hybe only got 2 spots for girl groups and New Jeans and LSFM being way more successful than fromis made them reconsider whether to spend their budget on fromis or not. It's only a matter of time now... i believe we'll get news in April, they supposed to have a concert or something in USA but haven't said anything about fromis_9 cancelling it or not. They need to make a statement before that concert.

They had MNET verdict after their comeback plus The Glory being released right after, their comeback was scheduled on March 2023 right around the release of The Glory Season 2.

These days even after their biggest success being their last release, every time fromis is mentioned it's always either Chaeyoung bullying rumour or they get treated in a crap way, which is why they stopped interacting with their fans at one point.

Yes BTS has had bulk buying just any any group (they used to do fansigns and had multiple album versions) but with covid, 4th Gen has SEVERE bulk buying to another level. During BTS's last normal album eras (Boy With Luv and ON), they still only did 4 album versions and didn't have that store exclusive pc **** that 4th Gen groups. We can't compare album sales when groups literally have so many more album versions (member versions) and at least 20 store pob pcs. If BTS played by the 4th Gen rules, they would probably sell 10m+ from all the bulk buying lmao. But they don't bc they're on the scale where they would literally get hate if they tried attempting what is common album selling practice now... 🙄
