I will say that after sooooo many Liam breakup songs I am a *little* tired of them and I hope the new album doesn't feature many. That being said, you give ten years of your life to someone then I'm sure you want to get it all out through art. She serves either way.

Has she not acknowledged that? Her last album alone featured two songs about her failing to meet his expectations/being unstable/him deserving more than her with Angels Like You and Never Be Me. I think she's portrayed their relationship quite fairly and balanced in both her music and in interviews. At the very least she's not giving the "it's all his fault and I share no blame" narrative that some girlies do

Lowkey agree with that, but her best songs are all about Liam, so I wouldn't mind some more tbh. 

I mean I suppose she could have chosen another date in January and she choose this to get this kind of reaction. But there's no personal vendetta or something

Also reading this thread was funny. Both of them were toxic in that relationship and I don't understand how can people side with either of them.
