I think it's fair to say the most sought-after industry awards by most ATRL MPGs are Grammy's GFs (including AOTY) and Oscar. Most fail to get even one after years of campaigning hard for it.

 

Yet Adele and Billie won ALL of them very early on in their career:

How did they get it so effortlessly?

Adele was smart to accept doing the Bond song during the 21 era, she had the world at the palm of her hand and anything that she would've released was gonna get her that Oscar, thankfully it was with an excellent song

Billie was a Grammy School alumni or something so that definitely helps…

but they aren't getting grammy's and again how is what i stan for relevant to the topic at hand? 

Especially Adele giving the bond franchise its first oscar in that category. Sam and Billie just hop on the trend of the bond songs winning BOS by default. They release the right song in the right time.
