if Taylor is coming, at this point it’s going to be TS10 or debut, she’s stuck in a corner right now that I’m sure she didn’t see herself being in. At this point I’m waiting for a post explaining it from her so the theory’s can stop

One of the shake it off lawsuits was dismissed but there’s still one going on that keeps getting delayed (I think it’s not going to be done in court now until October) and Taylor can’t release shake it off OR change the lyrics because that would basically be her admitting that the lawsuit is legit. If she would release a re-recording of 1989 and then go on stand and lose the trial, she would end up having to pay significantly more money. The problem with the copyright trial is she’s claiming the phrase is a common phrase, while also trying to trademark it, so it does seem a little greedy on her part (please don’t come for me swifites I love her but that’s how a jury is also going to see it)

It’s OVER. German store of her website has leaked that new merch will be released.

This is avoidable.  It's "Taylor's Version".  Just use that on merch instead of abbreviating it.

It’s the whole Speak Now that OnePlus owns so even using “Taylor’s version” instead of TV isn’t an option 

I don't see how these lawsuits some of y'all love bringing up are supposedly still in flux when "1989," "Speak Now," and "Shake It Off" are all registered trademarks on the new merch pages on her site... That clearly signals that she *won* them, and is just keeping us in suspense of when she's announcing.

“shake it off” and “1989” aren’t the problem. It’s the lyrics that are under attack

The copyright is already hers and the other is not being asked to be used for Entertainment purposes. 

Mmmmmmm it’s the ONLY Friday the 13th all year, so you would think she would take advantage by releasing new music, Taylor’s Version or otherwise.

•Jimmy Fallon did a bit last night saying "Jimmy Knows Places Taylor Left Easter Eggs".
