It wasn't as instant as Crushing but after a few listens it's just as brilliant  she truly is one of a kind

Absolutely, they’re not even remotely comparable. I am quote disappointed ‘cause Lydia Wears a Cross is one of the best songs of the year imo and I was expecting much more from this record, but it’s a bit too one-dimensional outside the singles. Even though her writing is still top-notch.

I think this album is really fantastic.

Ignore Tenderness, Be Careful With Yourself, and End Of A Friendship are top tier. I loooove Crushing but I'm glad she didn't just give us Crushing 2.0 here.
