On New Year's Eve I watched the Confessions Tour film. It was my first time ever seeing a Madonna concert. My life has been forever changed. :jonny2:

I had no idea the level of production and entertainment she was truly capable of. My mind was blown. I NEED to know which one to watch next :jonny:

I was so impressed by the artistry and the choreography and the set design and the visuals and the storytelling. She's a visionary, and Jonas Akerlund did a PHENOMENAL job with the editing. My little gay pop fan heart melted into a billion little pieces

Super late response (and my first time posting in the Madonna base, hey!) but I want to vouch for the MDNA Tour! It's such a sleek production and a great visual continuation from the Confessions Tour.

(Sadly, the tour film is very over-edited. It does a great job at capturing the grandeur of the Vogue performance though which is the standout moment of the show.)

In terms of energy and atmosphere however, Sticky & Sweet takes the cake for me. That Give It 2 Me encore and the amazing crowd moments throughout :DWAS:

(Yes, my bias for 21st century Madge is showing. I'm still making my way through her older catalogue myself :dies:)

My whole Madonna kick recently was kind of inspired by my own mom. She hasn't been doing so well as of late, so I've been feeling nostalgic and thinking back to her listening to Live to Tell (her favo

I believe that's in relation to that thread about # of weeks Madonna and Lady Gaga spent at #1 in the Billboard Hot 100. One of the top posts on there insinuated that Madonna doesn't write her own lyrics.

That stupid and ignorant hater could  go pressed because all her co workers writers and producers have consistently praised madonnas work ethic and her talents.

That sick hater can shut his or her hole then.

Madonna has written a few songs solely in her debut album.

Since she has kept cowriting and coproducing all of them.

Haters are always being reductive. That doesn't make their favorites any better.

I always loved that look. Gucci 1995 collection. Perfect look for Madonna. Gosh, that hair and her splendid shirts and tight slacks.

Yeah it really suits her, any blond hairstyle with a higher top is flattering, same for the MDNA tour first section

Hi, everybody!

am a new ATRL member.

My all-time favorite artist is Madonna, The Queen Of Pop.

I would like to ask You something, if You do not mind.

In Your opinion, what is the best (intended as the most "perfect", polished, precise, refined and, why not, also expensive, and with fewer defects, flaws) Madonna album production wise, mixing wise, vocal mixing wise, mastering wise, etc.?

Need your thoughts about Hard Candy

Looooove that you stand her best album Hard Grammy!

To answer your question, when it becomes to mixing and all that, Bedtime Stories is her best. It's a masterpiece. :jonny6:

Is she no longer doing campaigns for Versace ? She's been doing them every 10 years…

The last time was 2015.
