11:53 but honestly I think cause it was through a Billboard and she didn't want anyone else to spoil the announcement (regardless that the song had been leaked 5 weeks prior, welp).

SL was "announced" when fans saw the billboard in LA promoting the song. There was no classic announcement before that. She shared the cover afterwards but fans were already aware of the song and there was no countdown or any guessing.ย
