The only way I can see the album being postponed if she suddenly decides that the music isn't up to par, but from what she's said about it so far, I doubt that. She's spoken about February in Vogue and on the JFAD red carpets, so I really don't think it will be.

Girl 7 day difference is not gonna change a lot. I just NEED her to at least tease it by next week. I would even be fine with her saying she's gonna release it the first or second week of November but I can't stand the silence

I agree. LG7 is already mixed and mastered; she hasn't worked on it since May. And as you pointed out, she sounded really excited about it and seems proud of what she has created... She announced that the lead single would be released in October, and if it doesn't come out this month, the only explanation is the Joker situation.

 

She confirmed just a few days before October that new music (the lead from LG7) was on the way. The only thing that has changed since then is that FAD has turned out to be one of the biggest box office disappointments in history. 

 

I don't think the problem is the music, I'm still confident in next week

LMs used to be the biggest and strongest base around her first 2-3 eras. Things started to get "shaky" once ARTPOP striked all the way through Joanne and Cheek to Cheek. Members started to drop when every era passed. She picked up a few new fans during ASIB but that's nothing compared to the earlier base. With Chromatica it kept things just a bit stable but that did not hold for so long. 

 

I mean we found it hard to fill a small cinema venue for Joker 2 last week  when we used to even hire a small arena-like venues for our very first offline meetings durimng TFM/BTW. 

 

I an lucky to remain a stan now. 

 

But yeah I have seen many success stans move on to stan for other artists like Taylor, Olivia, Billie, Sab, etc. Some of the fans, on the other hand, moved on from pop cultures and only care about their personal lives now.

 

That's just how it is.  If she keeps doing this, the number of stans will start to keep dropping (it may not even be a matter for some people tho so it depends), but it will result in cases like the Harlequin's numbers.

 

This is true. I also disagree with the sentiment that the GP carry her hits now days. If that were the case then Harlequin (with GP friendly songs like HM which was PLAYLISTED) wouldn't be the catastrophic bomb that it is. The GP aren't going to eat up anymore ballads just because it's a ballad. It has to be GOOD. DWAS was a lightning in a bottle moment and it featured Bruno Mars. Their chemistry together was what really sold the song and why its become successful. I think this is the first time in her career where Gaga is in a funny position. A dance song may not perform well and a ballad also may not perform well. Perhaps this is the opportunity where she goes out guns blazing and just go with her instinct without hindering her artistic output.
