JFAD humbled me, now I'm back to simply caring about the ARTs with LG7! If we get chart success it'll be a fun added bonus, but now simply just looking forward to something really really good

I don't get this mentality. In what way does this movie connect to her music career? It's actually only benefitted DWAS and her discography seemingly.

when it comes to lee and her need to become harley i think the whole transformation is deeper. To me Artur -> Joker Lee -> Harley is the depression character one. It's like you don't see yourself, you are trying to become someone else because nothing give you happiness in this world. For Arthur it was Harley, he felt in love with her, not the Lee character. for Harley it was the Joker persona, she felt the most happy when she saw the Joker in him, so she wanted the Joker not Arthur.

The whole madness for two i think it was the music that helped them. Because we all know that music, books, tv, games can transport you into another dimension, you can dream and fantasize 

it was the music that connected them together

I guess what im saying is that in the "orginal" backstory, it makes sense that Lee sees what she can become through Joker / she feels represented, sincd she comes from a troubled past. But then we find out shes actully well to do, studied psychology, has a good relationship with her father… etc. So we are missing exactly why she relates to Joker. Like if the whole point is she is bored with herself, I wish the story made that more clear and why. 

 

The way she's releasing the lead at some point in the next 20 days  unless she pulls a "Little Monsters I'm devastated"

Like I knew the movie was going to underperform. But to gross less than the Marvels? That is tough.

 

I hope this at least works to get Gaga back to focusing on just releasing music. Even if her music isn't appreciated by everyone, it is appreciated by a lot of people.

I think it was smart on her part to not post about JFAD on release day both for obvious reasons and because I feel like a lot of people are waiting to see what she says/posts in response to all the negativity the film is getting. 

 

So it would make sense to instead have her next post be about the LG7 lead and have all those eyes/that anticipation be geared towards there.
