It's pretty obvious and almost undeniable that the film was this bad on purpose. 
Todd & Joaquin decided to kill the hero that incels and conservatives builded around joker. 
And a musical and a non-violence film based on Arthur and not on joker was the best way to do that. 
The only thing I keep myself asking is if Gaga was aware of this intention or if she really believed this was a good movie to be in. I'd very disappointed if she didn't catch the intention of Todd and Joaquin, how can she be so blind? 
this movie is a masterpiece alongside the last matrix movie: directors came back to their films to make fun of its fans and to desacralized the bad interpretations and violent and conservative cultures around it. 
I wonder if Todd will someday address this thing and be sincere about what he wanted to do.

I think they expected more from the prestige crowd that hailed the first film originally. That's why they repeated the Venice premier. They expected more high-brow critics and audiences to intrinsically understand what they were doing with this film and celebrate it. The first film was popular because of controversy I think they wanted to replicate that but in a different way.

 

But then again, Zaslav is known for blowing up projections who knows.

 

Either way Gaga did fine. She did her job, received acclaim, and sold the hell out of the movie.

Yeah kinda lazy to just go into the typical blockbusters, and tiring, Hollywood is lame. She could do something artsy and lowkey if she really considers herself a true actress..

Also, I just remembered a year ago someone on GGD payed for a tarot reading and asked about about Ga's projects, and they said everything would go wrong for Joker 2, but her album after that would do good and be smooth sailing, lol.  I was hoping they'd be wrong, now I hope they're accurate, lol.

Unironically incels, gymcels, and looksmaxxers are the biggest reason for her streaming resurgence of dark bawps along with weeboos/anime fans.

She seemed so happy and in a good place last week. I hope all this bad coverage doesn't hurt her mentally. It's hard seeing a project you put a lot into get derailed.

I think she's very happy to leave FaD behind. The fact that she and Phoenix joked about the final cut of the movie is indicative that they are over it.

Honestly this sounds fun . This with a quality film of some sort would be cool (just so she's not putting all her eggs in one basket). Synopsis is giving The Curse vibes (Emma Stone limited series where she plays part of an HGTV show couple).

'Gaga is really more than remarkable in my opinion. She's pretty great because she kind of thwarts expectations. She's not at all glamorous, in fact she's sometimes very disturbing, and she's a bit manipulative. 
We know that her singing talents are very good, but in this film she purposely doesn't sing very well at certain moments, like a very talented actress who sometimes even eclipses Phoenix'.

Well, yes, but her fanbase is already shrinking. The last thing she needs is to delay the album the monsters have been waiting for since January.

 

She just released a jazz-infused album, and pushing back LG7 could lead to an even bigger fallout with her fans than the whole Nurtec-gate situation.

 

Add that to how FaD is going and that's basically a recipe for disaster 

 

LG7 is done, and it's already coming out in February. It's truly useless to wait even more than that.

 

She has the #1 song in the world rn. 

 

 

I just know interscope will want her to delay LG7 lead.. but that's the opposite of what she should do, give the people something more positive to talk about. NEW POP MUSIC
