tbh this! No one was criticizing Joaaquin for wearing a t shirt and pants for the press conference but Grace is sitting there hyperanalyzing what Gaga is wearing and thinking too deeply about how that would portray Gaga during award season etc when we as a society need to be moving on from such superficial and sexists ways of thinking. I understand Grace is coming at it from a strategic stand point but we need to actively move away from these talking points...it's 2024 soon to be 2025...we need to move on and progress

Overall she's the best thing in the movie but what you see in trailer what you got in the movie regarding her scenes + she's N/A in the second half of the movie. 

Kinda looks like they used her for promotion and media attention.

This last part is kind of extreme, there are movie stars who have panned movie after panned movie and box office flop after box office flop yet they keep booking high-profile roles. Gaga not only has acclaim for her acting but also box office success, Im sure she'll be able to ride that success for a long time

Yep, I also have this feeling that her next project will be a mini-series for a streaming platform or a supporting role in an indie drama/thriller, lol. And it'd be completely fine!
