Also Gaga's Venice festival dress was such a strong piece and she did her own tribute to the character in a smart way instead of being too in your face. Her dress was basically a reference to the neck collar harlequins would wear aka:

 
 

And that is what I always loved about her. Her fashion choices are always carefully thought out and crafted and she always has something to say but not in a way that would be basic or too blunt. Another smart fashion choice from her. I always remember her MET gala behind the scenes Vogue video whenever I think about her fashion choices.

I truly think given how far ahead they're announcing the album release that her team have a proper plan in place. I know they had a lot of stuff for Chromatica planned that went to **** so this seems like they're trying to make up for it. I hope we at the very least get BIG budget MVs

Last time she was THIS passionate about her project is probably ARTPOP so my hopes are HIGH. First time in a long time she is not talking about feeling depressed or like she doesn't want to do it while writing her project. We heard this during C2C, Joanne, Chromatica, EVEN ASIB to some extent. 
 

Also I've talked with someone who'd know and they told me they are pretty confident in their decisions with this record.

Dont set yourself up sweetie

I'm betting the first single on October 11th. Any later could mess up the single's promo because of the holiday season, plus she'll be in the middle of her biggest exposure week because of JFAD.

Also, if there's any plan for a Halloween promo, it would have to drop weeks earlier so people have time to get familiar with it.
