The $200 figure doesn't include marketing costs nor does the box office revenue reflect the fact that cinemas get a cut of ticket sales (though a higher percentage of ticket sales in the US & Canada go to WB vs a lower cut internationally). That being said, getting to that point shouldn't be an issue. The first Joker had amazing legs and there's enough hype going in that it has the possibility of opening at over $100 million in the first weekend in the US & Canada alone. Movies that hit that threshold usually breeze past $600 million WW. Especially since the first Joker was so international-heavy. As long as the movie is good, and we have plenty of reasons to believe that it will be, it'll break even.
