Lets say that Brazilian account had some merit to it and they were eyeing up a VMA appearance either for Vanguard or Global Icon, typically as of late I'd be fairly adverse to it since the VMA's have become a bit deflated in recent years. However, I actually think with the right strings being pulled they could be on to something this year since all their heavy hitter nominees seem (at this moment) to be free. Obviously that doesn't mean or guarantee they'll attend or sign up to perform, but Taylor is on break from tour, Ariana doesn't seem to have anything planned but the Wicked promo schedule isn't fully known yet, Sabrina hasn't started her tour and Chappell is on a week break from her tour the Tuesday the VMA's fall. Beyoncé is also nominated but I doubt she'd perform. If she was releasing something on the 13/9 it'd be good buzz too, but even if she wasn't to make an appearance where potentially a lot of people will actually tune in would be a smart move. Food for thought I guess.

VMAs just aren't what they used to be. I really hope she stays away from that.

She was already pictured in LA yesterday though, so she has left Paris.

Or they could be learning the new music. You have to remember they haven't heard or learned the album yet.

Yeah but learning for what? If nothing is coming the band isn't needed considering she will start the Joker campaign in less than 30 days. They are definitely supposed to play something somewhere, we just need to find out

She isn't rehearsing for a VMAs performance a month in advance. She didn't even rehearse that much for the CBT.

I would've prefer for Gaga to have her own special on tv like Adele did with 30. " a night with Adele" or how pop girls use to do in the old days. Where they would perform a couple of songs off there new album and include some of there greatest hits in the special. But use the entire special to talk about the album etc.
