I think that Joker2 is out of the TIFF's lineup.

The timing of LFS was mostly determined by Tony's condition sis, I am not sure how much control she or her team had over it but you do have a point

The Illness they knew about since 2016, the album being recorded in 2018…   And LFS was even pushed back from Spring 2021. That whole rollout was messy af tbh, should've come out in 2019.

WB would be creaming themselves with the attention. The more attention the actor gets the better for them. If she ends up getting a Top 5 single and Top 5 movie in the same week the demand for her next role will be through the roof.

She can be clever too.
She can say that LG7 is largely inspired by a dark universe and that it's a good companion album to Joker 2.
It remains to be seen how much prominence WB will give the bo album.

Anyway, it's either September/October or 2025. There won't be any release in November, it's going to be such an unstable period.

TIFF hasn't announced their full lineup yet, I think Joker will definitely be announced (next week probably).

The elections are the 5th, basically one week after the 25 October 

 

For years this base told me the movie buzz promo would have promoted the album as well.. In a scenario of elections + Xmas songs taking over in November, September seems less risky for an album release especially if the theme is dark that can be consumed more in anticipation of Halloween.

 

Always assuming the plan is to release this year.
