i did that thread to show even i was surprised by her doing this but just because of one word in title it got so out of topic that they insanely derailed my words saying I make fun of Gaga for supporting trans people etc etc and that's disgusting — goes to show i should never mention anything about Lady Gaga even in positive ways and only let her stans deal with her things.

 

I apologize for making a thread about Lady Gaga and putting "since Born This Way" on thread title.

I have to wonder if he thinks we're all stupid or if he's being serious.

 

 

You can't take such a genuinely good message and add something to make the person speaking it look bad without trying to say something about them, especially given your history of doing that over and over and over again.

Not that thread being hidden because of the total backfire, embarrassing 

 

Hopefully the moderation will take action with that user.

The fake ass apology just because it backfired, as if it's the first time that they're doing that with Lady Gaga, they perfectly knew what they were doing in order to have her dragged.

That user's shenanigans are exactly why I don't care for people who complain in Gaga's comments about not commenting on XYZ hot trendy social issue of the day (especially ones not relevant to her.) Just like that user weaponized transphobia to instigate a stan war, too many keyboard warriors care about virtue signaling and not discussing/doing the hard work. You can tell by the utter lack of respect for the seriousness of the matter.

 

The way Gaga addressed the hatred against Dylan was so intelligent and eloquent. She's thought through how to approach these issues really well and we don't give her enough credit for that.

 

I saw a post from an elder-gay acquaintance who does drag, agreeing with Oli London's transphobia re: Dylan and Gaga. The cognitive dissonance it must take to reach that point  Transphobic drag queen agreeing with a so-called "trans-racial" person. Suffice it to say I unfollowed

If @RideOrDie said "soon" almost a month ago, I think its safe to assume they meant it as a general statement and not meant to convey they received confirmation that new material was coming at a specific date (also the fact that no definition of the word "soon" would be longer than a few days/weeks, let alone an entire month )

Was @Kayseri Mantisi insinuating that BTWF is a scam? Bringing up expenses from a "Born to be Brave" event in 2014 that involved legal fees, salaries and other expenses that every other event regularly has? Considering BTWF does all the work directly themselves they would deal with a lot of expenses in order to keep the foundation running... It's funny how the foundation made for people like for you is what you're against, but the difference is these people look to better themselves instead of being unhealthily obsessed with hate and fuelled with ugliness on a daily basis. YUP. The supposed controversy they were attempting to expose literally came from a former Fox News reporter, who thought launch expenses for a charitable foundation doing ground work for queer youth in NYC were somehow shocking:

Charity Navigator in 2018 gave the charity a score of 75 out of 100, the same as its passing score for Finance and Accountability.

And when they flashed her on the stretcher in the middle of the video... I thought "This is lazy editting". God to watch 911 for the first time again
