gaga has many mediocre songs when it comes to writing, HMH isn't one of them just because the lyrics are easy to understand and don't have some metaphorical meaning lol.

I'm not a fan of the song but I don't know why anyone was expecting this to do anything chart wise when literally no other MPGs OST made noise except for No Time To Die I guess. I don't see this as an L at all if she is performing at the same level as her peers. Be Alive, Spirit, Beautiful Ghosts etc.. I think liddos set Gaga up for "failure" and expect to much. Also quality wise Hold My Hand is on par if not slightly better than the songs I listed. So if you like the song just enjoy it, this isn't a big deal.
